The popular TED talks website  has created a new website with tools to help teachers use video in the classroom. Teachers can customize videos with follow-up questions and assignments, an initiative that could help power the “flipped learning” model.  Or check out regular TED videos by browsing playlists

  Discovery Streaming
You can create an assignment or quiz in Discovery Streaming. Visit here for a tutorial/help page. Email Kim for passcode if you don't already have an account. You can gather video segments for students to watch and embed questions into the assignment or quiz. Students login with your code to go directly to your assignment.
